Big hole Shaped Charge
This charge features with stable and reliable penetration performance, big entry hole, no carrot, no damage to casing and low perforation contamination. It can greatly improve productivity by reducing formation resistance to oil and gas flowing into well bore, increasing flow rate and decreasing pressure loss. Thus it may widely be used for perforation in heavy crude zone and unconsolidated sandstone formation. Because the debris problem has been considered in designing the charge case of big hole charge (BH43RDX-50-114) and its material, the change of debris flowing into perforation is greatly decreased, which plays an important role to reduce perforation contamination and clean the tunnel.
The explosive type can be changed according to down hole condition and temperature requirement..
