The machine enjoys high accuracy and high strength and good rigidity.
This machine adopts the electrolyte servo system whose accuracy is very high. Two light rulers (Y1-Y2) have been installed at the two sides of the machine to measure the exact distances between the slide two ends and the working table. The rulers are connected with the working table. In this way the wallboard deformation will not affect the slide positioning accuracy. The position data will be delivered to the CNC system and then it can check out the servo valve control signal (S2-S2).
