Butadiene-Vinyl Pyridine Latex (VP latex)
Butadiene-Vinyl pyridine latex is a kind of high-polymer dispersion emulsion polymerized by butadiene, styrene, and 2-vinyl-pyridine through advanced techniques. As a white thick liquid in appearance, it is of good viscosity. Its one of the important assorted materials for tyre and other rubber fiber products. In addition, it is capable of greatly improving the viscosity of nylon and polyester to rubber.
Purpose: It is suitable for the dipping of tyre cord fabric, and industrial cloth etc..
Packing: Plastic bucket, (200±1)kg/bucket or (1000±2)kg/IBC Tank (net weight)
Transportation: Avoid from impact, rain, snow or strong sunlight. Temperature: 1-40degree.
Storage: Keep in dry, cool, non-aggressive gas warehouse, and avoid strong sunlight, remote from fire and thermal resource at 1-40degree, 6 months shelf life, a little decrease of PH value.
