Characteristic

PPS Fiber outstanding performances of chemical resistance, thermo stability in high temperature condition, flame retardant, non-conducting, radiation resistance, etc. Therefore, it is called special functional fiber. At present, it is mainly used to produce some products like: filter fabric of coal fired boiler, fabric of paper-making machine, electrical insulator, electrolytic diaphragm, filtering material of liquid/gas, high performance component of gasket and packing material, anti-fog material, radiation resistant material, and some reinforced compounds.

Applications

It is mainly used to make nonwoven fabric. Generally it can be single or blended weaved according to different requirement. Such as: filter fabric of coal fired boiler, fabric of paper-making machine, electrolytic diaphragm, filtering material of liquid/gas, high performance part of gasket and packing material. It is regarded as the most reliable material with reasonable price in environment industry.
