The combustion effciency and thermal efficiency of CWS power plant boilers can reach over than 99% and 91%

It is a strategic and realistic choice for Chinas long-term stable energy development that develop and use the clean energy , substitute coal-water slurry fuel for oil. The combustion effciency and thermal efficiency of CWS power plant boilers  can reach over than 99% and 91%, and industrial boilers over than 97% and 85% with the technology of Zhejiang University.

In late 1970s,Zhejiang University is the pioneer in China to do the research of CWS substituting-oil combustion technology.At present , it has got  many certifications of the State of Discovery Patent and originated a completely independent intellectual property rights in the water-coal slurry substituting-oil clean combustion theory ,technology and related technics.

The CWS technology of Zhejiang University maintain  a advanced levels at home and abroad for a long time and many technical indicators or application examples were in the highest flight at the international level.( The first applications of CWS on various types of boilers in China were mostly done by Zhejiang University)

This technology has been popularized and applied in more than 70 newly-constructed or retrafitted  boilers and kilns .The capacity of the boiler range from 1t/h to 670t/h which is

the largest CWS boiler in the current world. Besides the application within China, this technological achievements have been exported into Italy Russia JapanIndonesia Malaysia Thailand and other countries.

Case:

    The fully coal water slurry fired boiler which firstly retrafitted from the 220t/h oil-fired boiler in Shantou  in June of 2001 has been running well until now.

      All the parameters are fitting well with the original oil-fired conditions and better than coal. Cumulative slurry consumption reach nearly 450,000t, substitution oil about 210,000t, the fuel cost has been saved about 100 million RMB.
