Fully automatic tire balance/Noncircularity test machine, developed solely by Mesnac, is a key machine for testing tire quality. It is mainly used for testing online automatically the dynamic balance, Noncircularity run-out and concave convex of PCR/LTR and TBR tires. It has features of precise, high productivity and easy to control.
Mechanical system features:
Main shaft can rotate steadily at precise positioning; tire transportation is quick and precise; marking device can rotate at 360 degrees and realize multi-point positioning and marking. Marking position can be adjusted precisely for different sizes of tires. Marking adopts chromatape hot pressing method, so the marks are clear and complete. The machine is designed, processed and manufactured abide by CE standard, and safety protection level reaches international requirement.
Features of control system:
The machine adopts sensors and PLC made by world famous manufacturers. Detecting signal is precise and stable. Field bus is used to control I/O and integrated valve. Cable spreading is reduced and stableness is strengthened. All cables and air pipes are put in bridges, making the whole machine clean and tidy. Host computer adopts high performance industrial computer made by world famous suppliers, with color touching screen and friendly interface, easy operation. Its functions include technology parameter setting, calibrating, saving, printing and failure diagnosing. Report table can be modified according to customers requirement. It is also equipped with ports for remote control, system network management and bar code for future advanced management.
