Hot rolled flat steel

     The Company's steel branch factory professionally rolls flat-bulb steels of various intensities and flat steel for ships use, and now it is in possession of one set of machine group production line of φ580X4,φ450X2 /φ300X5 respectively and an annual output capacity of 250,000 tons. With our effort in technical reform,the production lines of φ580 and φ850 were successfully put into production,which leands to an annual output over 500,000 tons.
     The Company adopts the advanced equipment and processing technologies as well as other sophisticated detecting facilities, such as direct-reading spectrograph, universal material testing machine, and impact machine to ensure the stable and reliable product quality. As a result, the Company has enjoyed products of complete specifications, steady product quality and reliable performance. Furthermore, the Company has gained acknowledgements from the national ship level factories, including CCS, ABS, GL, DNV,LR, BV, RINA, NK, KR and so on.
