MEIYUDA No.1 - The character of special filters with high temperature resistance
and capablitity.
1. High temperature resistance Because of the high temperature resistane of
fibre glass and PTFE, its application temperature can reach 260(C), the short period
and instant temperature up to 220(C), and its heat shrinkable rate is less
than 0.5%.
2. Excellent resistance of acid and alkali acid, alkali and most hydrocarbon
will cause little influence on it even fluoride.
3. Excellent wearing and tearing intensity Its wearable capability and tearing
intensity is more excellent than the normal fibre glass filter.
4. Excellent water slippery the product has slippery surface and runs water fast,
and it will refuse any dust parachutes. It can be applied in high temperature,
high moisture and high sticky and icing environment. In the above environment,
the dust removals don't need any heating preservation. The product is suitable
for the application of acid and alkali and moisture fuse filtration.
5.Outstanding size stability Less than 1% heat shrinkable rate at 300(C), outstanding
high temperature stability makes it safety under high temperature application.
6.High air permeability Its filter material is a smooth cylinder, the volume
is small, dust removing easy and tearing resistance excellent. All these characters
make its high filter efficiency, and can be for reverse blowing, revolving back
blowing, and pulse dust removal.
7. Filter material and PTFE (lot micro-hole film) jointing filtration the efficiency
is high, its dust removing easy, anti-alkali and soft are also its characters.
It mainly be used in cement, metallurgy, waste burning, metallurgy and chemical
industry, road construction, and so on.
