Features

l        The slub machinery system is driven by servo-motor and the spinning processes can be set directly on the touch-screen, so the two Guide-rolls can be driven synchronous by supporting the elastic yarn package to feed actively. All the running parts use ball bearings.

l        The knitting machinery drafting times are freely adjusted between 1 20 times.

l        The Guide-rolls are made of quality steel and its surface are specially treated, so that the drafting ratio is stable to prevent effectively from yarn package sliding because the package becomes smaller gradually. The yarn quality can be guaranteed.
