Basic Principle:
Raw materials are added into ring die, and the particles are extruded out from ring die by compression roller. Extruding pressure reaches 50-100MPa. Raw materials will transform and warm up under high pressure. The ring die is driven by motor which will consume lots of electric energy. Moisture content of raw materials should be 13-15%. Higher or lower moisture content will make palletizing difficult.
