Air Swept & Drying Raw Material Mill

The MF series' raw material mills used in a cement plant were made by Jiaozuo Mine Machinery Co., Ltd. of the home first company. Now many series products of MF350 and MF380 have been formed, and used in the clinker production line for satisfying 2500t/d, 2000t/d and 1200t/d. It has advantages of less investment, simple process flow, convenient operation and service, power consumption of unit pulverized is approximate to one of a vertical mill.

It comprises the feeding, main bearing, turn, driving, discharging, high voltage starting part and lubricating system.  

The raw material enters into the mill through the feeding part, the hot wind comes into the mill from the blast pipe, when the mill rotates, the hot exchange between the coal and hot wind are done, the raw material is crushed and grinded in the mill, in the meantime, the fine powder is carried outside the mill by the hot wind from the discharging part.   

   It is reasonable structure, high pulverizing efficiency and a ideal device for slurry preparation.
