SFT hanging humid ventilating, unit which used in medium-small- sized textile enterprises, directly hanged upper of the workshop.This system is classified as humid air duct system and dry air duct system based on function.

1.SFT hanging type humid air duct system
The SFT hanging humid air duct system mainly consists of a small spraying fan, an air mixing box and humid air duct.
The mixing air box consists of a fresh-return-air damper and return-air filter. The reture-air filter is like a V -type bag, and a heater can be supplied according to user's requirment.
Humid air duct consists of air duct with variable section, especial vent with elimination and tray.
The SFT humid air duct is mainly used in adiabatic humidifying. When used in reucing the enthalpy value, it needs an additional cooling system or a bigger airconditioner.

Energy-saving features:
1)Using supersaturated air and water to add humidity to the workshop.
2)Applying low water-air and high-saturation to air treatment.
Attention should be paid when designing SFT hanging type humid air duct system:
1)Length of air duct is not excess of 50M.
2)The vents of L5 should be 12-16 pieces, The vents of L8, L10 should be 18-26 pieces, shorter air duct should be designed as many vents as possible.

b. Humidity automation : In addition traditional controll method, relative humidity of workshop can also be controlled water amount by magnetic's open and close feeded back through humidity sensor.
