2.The operation and adjustment of the machine are simple and easy so only training needed tor operating the machine.
3.The heel forming band is suitouned by chains,which makes the bast forming ,We provide damps with various speciticatlone for perloctry lasting all ditlerent curved and sized shoes.
4.The specially designed side lasting mechanism is tormed by each 5 groups of PU fastener on its right and left side.Each last 3 groups of PU fastener can be used optionaliy according to the size of shoes.
5.The pressing mechanism for side lasting is equipped with special locking to ensure the pressing effect and to avoid shrinkage alter lasting.
6.Every pushing bar on side lasting is equipped with an auto-balancing device ,which makes the upper closely attachnd to the mia-sole mange of the shoe according to the curve of the shoe.During the process of lasting,the pressure can be adjusted with 2 siages to meet different upper materials to get pertect lasting rasuh.
7.The side and heel seat cementing mechanism consists of 2 sets of cement nozzle respectively located on both right and left sides.The nozzie will move forwards from the cantral point of heel curve,and action closely along the adge of shoes and mid-sole under the contrd of pressure and speed.The length of cementing is controlied by projacted laser light,which is visible and easy to be adjusted for the desired length of cementing.The side and heel cementing can be accomplisned at one time,which has not the disaovantages of apace and unepuality when 2-stage cementing.
8.Shouid the optional switch is selected of heel sea!comenting/no cementing ,side cementing/no cementing or side and heel seat cementing/no cementing separately.
9.The electric system is controlled by the PLC controller accomolished with the hydraulic and pneumatic systim.
10.There are two sets of side pulling pincers for options which can set the up pulling stroke respectively on right and left sides and also offer the forcibly manually up pulling function for supplemental use,It makes uppers inners inner and outer the waist more attached to the last .
11.The pressure adjusting for side lasting and wipers up pulling machanism is 9espectively cantrolled on right and left sides.Besides,the pressure on inner and outer waust of lasts can be transferred automatically through the seing of toe supporters.
12.Except the general lasting,there are many specially tunctione to meet the special styles of shoes and special demands of operators.
