Using corugated furnace, not only strengthened the flue gas disturbance, but increased radiation heat transfer area; Both increased furnace stiffness, and effectively reduces the furnace heat stress; Both enhanced heat transfer effectiveness and promote fuel in the combustion chamber; The heating surface layout is symmetrical, structural strength is relaible,the water cycle system is reasonable. Up boiler water capacity is large. Steam room and steam quality is good. Small fluctuations in the water level of operation also are good. The distance between two boilers are long, pipe diameter is large, ensuring good natural cycle. The unique setting of gas furnace and the heat design to guarantee the boiler heat losses are most minimal.
