Tube

The tube adopts alloy steel.It has high strength,small shape and low weight.The procession adopts the advanced rolling and boring craft.The S&RB machine from oversea device applise pressure on the part surface with special toll in order to raise surface rouge and hardness .The part precision reaches H8,the surface rough reaches Ra0.02-0.2um ,so that it can extend the lifetime of seal.

Guiding bush

The guiding bush is designed according to the excavator's working features and environment .It has high antiabration.

Seal of rod

The seal of rod consists of duty ring ,o-ring and hydraulic cushion .They can prevent the leakage of hydraulic oil.The duty ring can prevent duty and sand into cylinder ,protecting the seal and guiding bush.

Rod

The rod is made with high strength alloy steel .Its hardness 62HRC with surface quenching.The surface rough reaches 0.08um through coating with chromium and burnishing .

Seal of piston

All the seals of piston adopt the oversea products of Parker and NOK from oversea.

Buffer

The bufffer can automatically adjust concentricity and low start pressure ,so that it can low noise and the impact loader ,lengthen cylindre's lifetime .
