Pre-shipment inspection

This is the last chance for clients to stop defective goods from China to their warehouses or markets. A shipment from China without the critical inspection may result in disastrous quality returns from markets.


This detailed inspection is conducted on a certain number of randomly sampled products from the fully completed and packed production lot. We check and determine whether customer requirements have been met and ensure that quantity, appearance, material, general or special function, packaging, shipping marks and necessary documentation conform to specifications, purchase order, letter of credit and legal regulations.

• For Pre-shipment inspection, the flat rate is $120 per day
  
• Traveling Expenses will be client expenses, hotel charge US$ 30 per night plus travelling charge being subject to the most economic and quick method available. We will confirm the number of man-days together with hotel and travelling expenses with you before the inspection takes place. FYI, we have a branch office in Guangzhou city, so the traveling expense would be very minor if the inspections are done in Guangdong or Zhejiang provinces.
