8-000 series bright type

Application: Suitable for printing on polypropylene, polycarbonate, styrene, ABS, AS, hard/soft PVC, trademark sign boards, chloroethylene steel plate and other household electric appliances. It has many good features such as different endurances, good workability, wide application scope etc.

Drying time: 15 to 30 minutes under normal temperature

Solvent: 718 solvent (standard) or 783 solvent (slow drying) can be used to adjust printing viscosity.

Washing: The printing plate should be washed with 718 or 783 solvent or S-100 detergent.

Printing on soft chloroethylene film: Good luster can be obtained when 8-000 series is printed on soft chloroethylene film, however, soft chloroethylene film is liable to blocking under high temperature, in order to prevent this problem, up to 5 percent S-8120 auxiliary agent can be added in the ink and mixed well before printing.

Frictional resistance: When high frictional resistance is required (e.g., printing on PVC film), up to 5 percent of auxiliary agent 90 can be added into the ink.

Transparency: When transparent printing is required, ink of good transparency should be used to increase the transparency. Adding 8-000 ink oil can increase the transparency of the ink; in order to have a metallic effect, bronze or aluminum powder can be added together with 8-000 ink oil and mixed into a metallic ink or silvery ink.
