II. Characteristics

It has a good elasticity with hand feeling, strong covering power, good luster, does not stick back. It will have a better effect to use together with 68-elastic transparent glue. It can be used together with different kinds of pigment paste, suitable for production of all kinds of export orders. The hot water fastness of the paste exceeds grade 4 after completely dry. (Comparable with Japanese pigment paste)

III. Application scope:

This product is suitable for printing and coloring on all kind of cotton, polyamide, polypropylene fabrics, or cotton blended fabrics in textile, dyeing and printing industries.

Used for the bottom and second layer printing

V. Printing processes

Generally, it should be overprinted at least 2 times in order to have a smooth surface and reach a good covering effect.

VI. Precautions:

(1) 100 to 120 meshed screen printing should be used
(2) Coating used in printing will affect the fastness and elasticity
(3) If it is baked for 2 minutes under a temperature of 150, the fastness will increase, but the elasticity will decrease.
(4) In deep color printing, add transparent glue, or directly use color printing paste.
(5) Natural air drying for at least 7 days
(6) Do not mix it with positive ion type printing additives.
