6021A Redispersible Polymer Powder

TIONES ^TM 6021A is a water redispersible polymer powder based on a pure acrylate copolymer, using poly(vinyl alcohol) as a protective colloid. It is free of any solvents and plasticizers.

3.      Application

TIONES ^TM 6021A  is a water redispersible powder which can be used universally to manufacture polymer-modified dry mixtures based on mineral binders such as cement, lime or gypsum.

4.      Package

20 kg: valved multi-layer paper sacks with polyethylene interleaf

5.      Storage

TIONES ^TM 6021A must be stored in a cool, dry place. To prevent moisture penetration, packs which have been opened should be sealed again as soon as possible. On account of thermoplastic behavior of the redispersible powder, sacks must not be stocked higher than one pallet.

TIONES ^TM 6021A storage times should not exceed 6 months from date of delivery.

l         Risk of explosion by static sparks or ignition sources.

l         Use only explosion-proof equipment.

l         Use with local exhaust ventilation.

l         Wear protective eyeglasses or chemical safety goggles.
