Circumvolving forming technology

The lens moulds are made under the control of computer program. In this technology, the liquid raw materials after several times of purification are dropped into the disposable mould which is circumvolving at a high speed. The quantity of dropping, the circumvolving direction of the mould and the speed are all controlled precisely according to the computer completely in order to keep the shape, thickness and diopter according with the design. In the process of circumvolving, the photo-polymerization of the liquid raw materials begins to take place. Thus solid lens are made out. And finished lens are made out after a series of procedure, such as finish machining of the edge, extraction, coloring, entire quality inspecting, disinfecting package and so on.
