Features:

Preparation:
1) Soak dry salted cucumber in cold water until soft
2) Boil for15 to 20 minutes then let sit until back to room temperature
3) Cut and remove tendons, clean out sand
4) Immerse in cold water of 6-12 hours (keep water cold)
5) Do not add any seasonings or additives when soaking
Storage:
1) After preparing, can be frozen or dried
2) Keep in a dry and cool place
