Instructions:

1. Massage the veinpuncture area softly for blood congestion, and then disinfect skin as a routine.

2. Puncture the skin with blood collection needle, and the puncture to 2-3mm will be approprite.

3. Remove the first drop of blood, squeeze the punctured area, and make the blood flow to the micro blood collection tube from tube entrance, and the draw volume should be around 250ul.

4. Invert the tube 8~10 times once blood specimen is collected in order to mix the blood and anticoagulant additive.
