Enriched O₂ burning technology is the technology of fully burning coal and O₂ after purifying oxygen. This technology can improve the combustion heat value of coal, reduce emissions, and can play the role of energy-saving emission reduction

The company self-developed vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) producing enriched O₂ technology is small investment, low energy consumption and running expense saving technology. It has passed the identification of high-tech achievement by the ministry of chemical and metallurgy, and widely applied in nonferrous smelting, steel, chemical, papermaking, glass fiber and so on.

Technical features

1. Adopt the company self-developed and produced new type oxygen molecular sieve: low investment, save energy consumption, electricity consumption per unit oxygen production is 0.260.38kwh/Nm³ O₂, circulating water consumption per unit enriched oxygen is 0.002t/Nm³O₂, oxygen recovery rate can be 67% above.

2. oxygen purity can be adjusted between 25~95%, the unit has strong adaptability, the output can be regulated under the load of 25-110of rated production capacity.

3. Short process flow, highly automated, and convenient for startup and shutdown.
