The Hot and cold water recycling tester is mainly used to determine the leakage status of composite pipe & fittings when subjected to specified cycling times under specified internal pressure load .

It conforms to ISO 15874, ISO15875, ISO 15876,ISO15877 and the equivalent.

Features:

It consists of three parts: cold water source, hot water source, test tank & controlling system. Full-digital pressure controlling system may effectively prevent the water pressure from fluctuation with the increase of both temperature and time, no water hammer phenomena appears during the alternation between cold and hot water.

Energy saving design: the controlling system will start the hot & cold water return valve automatically according to the water temperature. If start the hot/clod cycling system the hot/cold water will return to the hot/cold water supplier, in this way much energy will be saved.

Safety design: reliable safeguard and liquid level measuring devices ensure the tester to be out of action in time if the test fails or piping system bursts.

Particular fluid controlling system: alternation time between cold and hot water is less than 1 min, during which no water hammer phenomena appears.
