MQM4 Series AC electrical switch is a product as a far control for all kinds of operating mechanism of mechanical equipment and automatic system,it is new designed by using dc electro-magnet imulate AC electro-magnet with a leading thought of integration of traditional electromagnetic theory and moden electronic technology.Because of the of common analog tractive electro-magnet and air cleft ,that is the air cleft influence the woking electronic current,the common electro-magnet have a weakness of cant wok on the overloading conditions.

By using this technology, this product gets the advantage of direct current electromagnet (stable and silent running, good capacity of overloading,it also gets the advantage of alternative current electromagnet(stong traction, easy control, long route). In case the machine tongue iron is blocked during running time, the electromagnet will change the working mode automatically effected by the electricity module, this ensures the lasting stable running, the disadvantage of the traditional electromagnets like wire-ring hot or burnt in the case like tongue iron blocked, overloading or low voltage laoding trouble.

1.Ambient air temperature

4.Installing conditions

a)The traction strength of the electromagnet must be proximate with the counterforce of the using element, or else the mechanical life span of the electromagnet will be shortened.

b)The electromagnet must be stored in good ventilation storages with the temperature between -5 and +40

c) When installing the electromagnet, its tongue iron center must be proximate with the counterforce from the element connected with it, otherwise, there will be noise or even will burn the wire ring down.

d)The electromagnet can pickup firmly when the power voltage is over 85% of the design voltage and the route is as designed.
