2.6-DI-TERTIARY BUTYL PARA-CRESOL  T501

1. DESCRIPTION
This petrochemical additive is a white crystal, and provides the lubricant with excellent anti-oxidation performance. The product will display the best anti-oxidation effect under the working temperature of 100°C.
As antioxidant and gum inhibitor, 2.6-di-tertiary butyl para-cresol is a regular lubricant additive which can be used to blend lubricant, such as engine oil, gear oil, grease, etc. together oil with base oil and other industrial oil additive.

2. APPLICATIONS
It is used primarily in the lubricating oil, gasoline and paraffin, etc., serves as antioxidant and anti-gum inhibitor. It could be directly used (or be blended into mother liquid) in petrochemical products such as rubber and plastics, acting as anti-aging agent. But it is not suitable for the oils under rather high service temperature.
The dosage is from 0.1% to 1.0%.
