The smoke from incinerator has complicated composition and contains lots of water and oil, which is corrosive. Aimed at this feature, the company has developed high performance filtration material especially suitable for incinerators, which uses imported reinforcing type of sizing formula without the need of fabric heat cleaning and improves fiber forming process, weaving process, and fabric flexibility. So, the filtration material has good wear resistance, folding resistance, and high strength. This material uses a combination of E glass continuous yarn and texturized yarn and has double weft weave. The company also imported water and oil highly repellent treatment formula from foreign country, which could meet the requirements of bag filters for high repellency of water and oil, and oxidation and corrosion resistance. And, the filtration bags are suitable for two ways of dust removing, i.e. reverse air blowing and pulse dust removing.
