This coater is specially designed to coat wood-moulding, flat board or other frames.
1. This machine is specially designed to coat water-based or UV coagulated paint on wood moulding, flat board, wainscot or other frames.
2. The whole process is made in a vacuum box which enables the unused paint to be 100% recycled to reach the best efficiency.
3. Vacuum pressure in the machine is controlled by a transducer, and the paint thickness can be adjusted according to different requirements.
4. The open vacuum pipe allows for easy paint replacement and cleaning.
5. Double vacuum application system is available for different technological processes.
