1.85-18 Motorcycle Rim

 Chongqing Junge Mechanical Manufacturing Company Limited is located in the Fulishu village Baojia Town, 8 kilometers from Bishan County. The company was found in 2003, covering 15,000 square meters, and it is a mechanical manufacturing company mainly producing various types of motorcycle rims, miniature car rims, and electronic bicycle rims.

      The company is composed of five departments, i.e. the Administration department, the Manufacturing department, the Technique and Quality department, the Sales department, and the Finance department.  And there are four workshops in production: the Mechanical Processing workshop, the Stamping workshop, the Polishing workshop, and Electroplating workshop. Another two Technique Centers are set up, i.e.  the Experiment Center and the Sewage Treatment Center.

      The company owns about 300 registered employees. Among them, there are two engineers, two accountants, ten high-level technical workers, and twenty administrators. It also possesses six forming machines, two hydraulic press machines, 30 nonrotary machines, and two automatic production lines.

      Acknowledged by the ISO9001: 2000 and Registered Trade Mark in 2004, the company has established a long-time and stable business relationship with many well-known enterprises, such as Jialing, Zongshen, Lifan, Longxin, Jianshe, etc. Now the productivity is up to three million pieces per year.
