Main Features:
1. Auto loading to each station.
2. Auto fulfilling each process respectively as greasing, grease checking, shield sending & shielding, shield height checking, turnover, shield sending & shielding, shield height checking and grease unification.
3. Ration greasing precision is ±1.5%.
4. Shielding with pneumatic-hydraulic system, 3T or 5T, pressure adjustable.
5. Bunch loading applicable to rubber seal and metal shield.
6. Greasing checking and shield height checking after double side shielding, auto NG ejection.
7. Possible to choose single/double/no shield operation.
8. Touched screen panel displays parameters as OK/NG count and a trouble indicating system.
9. Cycle time: 3 seconds.
* Apply weight checking after greasing or before/after options according to customers’ actual requirement; use Swiss-made Mettler Toledo electrical scale with 0.01g precision.
* Add double greasing, torque checking etc as per customer’s requirements.
* Applicable Size Range: 26-110
