Malt Extract

This malt extract is purely extracted from natural and fine malt with biotechnology and never adds any other materials.

This product is quite rich in VE, VB, folic acid, and minerals such as Ca, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, P, K, Zn, etc. in addition to dissoluble plant fiber and carbohydrates. Study show that malt extract has functions of promoting the function of intestine and stomach, dissipating fatigue and enhancing the vigor. Besides, this product has very full-bodies malt aroma which gives prominence to the flavor of food and pops out the aromatic type of carrier.

It is widely used in infant nutrition-enrich food, milk product, solid beverage containing milk, breakfast milk, bakery food, malted milk, coffee, cornmeal, candy, coated chocolate matrix, soda pop, soft drink, medicine, culture medium, etc.

Dried Malt Extract:

Appearance: light yellow to brown powder and free from foreign matters, allow a little of black motes which are easy to crush after solution. It is within normal state that there is a little of sediment after solution

Taste: mild sweet taste with malt flavor, free from any foreign odor.

Odor: pleasant characteristically malt aroma.

Packing: 20kg/bag.

Retention period: 12 months store in common temperature.

Appearance: yellow to dark brown, free from foreign matters.

Odor: pleasant and characteristically malt aroma.

Taste: mild sweet taste with malt flavor, free from any foreign odor.

Packing: subject to the clients request.

Reducing sugar: 39.0%-52.0%

Protein (dried basis): more than 4.2%
