Usage Instructions:  It is coated with Clot Activator on the interior of the tube wall to accelerate blood clotting. Invert tube 5~7 times once blood specimen is collected. The serum obtained in tube should be transferred to another container within 2 hours after blood collection. Centrifugation should be rpm 3000~3500.

Usage Instructions:  It is coated with Clot Activator on the interior of the tube wall to accelerate blood clotting. A barrier polymer gel is presented at the tube bottom. The density of this material causes it to move upward during centrifugation to the serum clot interface, where it forms a barrier separating serum from fibrin and cells. Invert tube 5~7 times once blood specimen is collected. It should be centrifuged no later than 2 hours afer collection. Centrifugation should be rpm 3000~3500.
