It is used to cast the Pb-Sb Pb-Ca grids less than 620mm for traction, VRLA batteries
Application: It is used to cast the grids for traction, VRLA batteries.
Composition: main casting machine, mould, lead melting pot, lead feeding device and control panel.
Performance & Features
The casting machine can automatically control the temperature to melt the lead, supplying the melted lead, casting, trimming, collection and scrap returning.
The main machine is mechanically operated.
The temperature of the lead melting pot, lead pouring ladle is controlled intellectually. The temperature of the mould is controlled by the electric heater and cooling water system.
The main machine adopt speedless regulator, the closing/opening of the mould is manually/automatically operated. The time and speed of the closing/opening of the mould is adjustable. The ladle is shield by gas flame to prevent alloy oxidization. The feeding volume of the lead to the ladle is controlled by valve automatically.
The stackers for trimming and storage are adjustable to meet different types of
grids.
