LCZ-J1422 PCR tire building machine is a uni-stage machine solely developed by Mesnac. It is mainly used for producing radial tires for SUV and light trucks, with a size range of 1422. Output for each 8-hour shift can be as high as 300 tires. This model of machine owns the features of wide adaptability, stable quality and high productivity.

Features of mechanical system: 

The machine adopts PLC produced by world famous manufacturers to control the whole process of tire building, failure detecting and communication between sensors and operation panel. Recipe management and saving can be done on operation panel. Tire building parameters such as component length, drum speed and positioning, time setting can be saved or modified by recipe. There are four levels of users with four levels of management by different passing words.

Features of control system:

Shaping drum adopts bladder turn up, with a pushing device either mechanical or bladder type. Belt drum drive box is mobile steadily on the track base driven by servo motor. Dual jointless belt winder can be equipped at customers request. Servicer is module design, which simplifies assemble, adjustment and maintenance. All semi components are cut at automatic length setting, and pre assembled component and tread are cut with ultrasonic blade. Hot blade can also be used at customers request. Belt centering is realized by mechanical device, which is stable and reliable.
