PRODUCT APPLICATION:

It is applied for the leveling of the interior and exterior walls of such buildings as houses, villas, hotels and office buildings etc.

TECHNOLOGY LTEMS:

Ingredients: Environment-protected acrylic resin, natural granite powder, assistant and water.

Theoretical Coverage: 0.2-0.3m²kg (2mm dry membrane thickness).

Drying Time: Tack-free =2h; hard drying=48h.

Repainting Time: 24h (25, 50%RH).

CONSTRUCTION ELUCIDATION:

1. Tools: Special stone paint sprayer.

2. Application Conditions: Above 5, below 85% RH.

3.Base Material Treatment: for exterior wall environment-protected putty A-100, the base level must be firm, clean and level with water content 10% and Ph10.

4. For anti-damp primer: No dilution needed; brush or spray; once enough; 0.15-0.2kg/m²

5. Schindylesis: Paste the tape on the applied place as per the width of the needed graphics.

6. Spray stone paint: Generally no dilution needed; twice enough, air pressure 68kg

7. Remove the tape for schindylesis and color the schindylesis where necessary.

8. Apply anti-water finish: No dilution needed; brush or spray; once or twice enough; dosage 0.15-0.2kg/m².

9. Cleaning: Clean the tools after use with clear water and soap.
