Product Details
The controller is the device to transmit energy between the power batteries and the motor. It is made up of external signal circuit, power converting circuit, control circuit, and driving circuit. The controller uses the SPWM method, when working in the driving state, it converts DC into AC with and variable voltage to drive the motor, when working in the braking state, it converts the braking energy into DC and feedback it to the battery.
The motor converts into by outputting and speed, the side of the rotor connects to transmission to drive vehicles, and the other side of the motor connects to photoelectric encoder ,which measures the speed of the motor.
Photoelectric encoder converts speed signal of the motor into two pulse signals, whose duty cycles are 50% and phases difference is 90°. We can found out the rotation direction of the motor from the relationship of two phases. The frequency of pulse signals is proportional to the speed. Photoelectric encoder connects to the control panel through aviation plugs to take part in controlling.
