Exothermic welding Powder Specification:

Cadweld powder is generated with several chemical substance after aluminum heating reaction under high temperature and welding is done by melting mold and heating sealing is done completely between same metals such as copper, between different metals such as copper and steel to realize the real molecular association,
so that the grounding units are permanently secured free from maintenance. This cementing agent is the item which the company had obtained three patents.

This item is verified by National Power Head Quarter, Wuhan High Pressure Research Office after several times of inspection as up to the inspection standard and
is the high-tech item that passed national inspection and the initial product produced in domestic.

Below advantages:

1, Current carrying capability from welding point is same as conductor with good
conducting performance. After inspection, the DC resistance ratio and change rate
are almost zero before and after welding. This is the level that any of the traditional
welding method cannot be compared

2, No need of resources from outside. It can be operated indoor and outdoor

3, It won't be damaged by surge current. The test shows the conductor will be melted
earlier than welding points when under high current impact in short period

Operation process

1. Net conductor is secured in mold after the mold is absolute clean.Contact test can be done through pre-heating

2. Metal keeping washer is located on bottom of mold furnace

3. Pore powder into furnace and distribute some preliminary powder on the edge of mold

4. Close covers and use light gun to light and sparkle on original powder

5. Safe reaction inside the mold

6. After hot welding reaction  is over, clean off the burrs inside the mold
