Preparation instructions:
Rinse mushrooms for 1 minute under hot running water. Soak in hot water until soft, about 5 minutes. Drain. Add to your favorite recipe and enjoy.
How to cook:
Heat olive oil in pan and add mushrooms. Add garlic and a pinch of salt, stirring constantly for about 4-5 minutes. Turn off heat and add lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
