Lights Out System

The lights Out System of Xian Bai electroic truck scale is widely used in iron and steel, coal, chemicals, waste plants, thermal power plants and other industries .

The system have two sets of infrared detectors(or brake railings machine) in each scale ,one is a  automatic Identification label reader , Two lights and two video cameras ,automatic Identification label readers placed at appropriate locations in the scale . Before weighing the vehicles, the lights are green . When the vehicle  drived onto the scale, if the scales weight heavier than the minimum weight of the system setted ,then it jumps red lights ,the other vehicle cant not pass , the vehicle need to through the infrared detector . If a vehicle is not completely on the scales, infrared detection sensors will check automatically , weighing system is not allow to weigh, and voice prompts vehicle " Hello drivers, please drive to the middle of the scale ", when the vehicle completely on the scale , label reader identify the identity of the vehicle automatically. At this moment the computer management system  call out of the car's license plate number and the relevant pre-information (such as: license plate number, tare weight, material sources etc.).Weighing instrument will measure the weight of the vehicle, if the tare weight of the vehicle compare to last  weight in excess of tare weight warning (based on the condition of enterprises to set up freely), voice speaker will be automatically prompted "ultra-poor vehicles can not weight, please contact the Secretary-pound member , If every thing is ok , the cameras capture two sets of the pictures at the moment of weighing  and transfer them to the computer system . System will save  the results of weighing  and pictures into the database automatically. the printer will print out bill of pound automatically . The entire operation processes of System has finished ,  signal light turn to green, the large-screen of Chinese display the weight information of the vehicle . the voice will remind the driver to get down the  scale, and then the vehile can leave .
