There are two type of Aqueous Film-forming Foam Extinguishing Agent. One is fresh water type ,the other is sea-water type.

Environmental protection type aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent(AFFF) series is mainly composed of two types,the 3% and the 6% ,both are foam extinguishing agent of high quality. 3% and 6% volume of the agent mixed toghter with 97% and 94% volume of fresh water respectively can be used to put out fires of hydrocarbon fuels. Its appliable in most ratio mixers and foam spraying equipments. During the process of fire extinguishing ,the water separated out of the foam layer can form water film which isolat the air,and result fine fluidity. The foam could hold down the flames and put out the fire quickly. It also has performance of long time tight sealing and back burn resistance .

Application range:
The environmental protection type 3% and 6% foam extinguishing agent can be used in fixed fire fighting system or portable fire extinguishing system by the proper ratio.It can be used to put out fire of hydrocarbons,such as fire of gasoline,crude oil,kerosene,heavy oil etc. However,not applied to those polar solvents or water soluble fuels,such as alcohols,ketones,esters,etc.
