Personal Shopper Service

Our Personal Shopper service(PS) is for ETO.cn members only. It designed to overcome several common obstacles encountered when shopping online in China, and to provide our members with the convenience of a concierge-style shopping experience.

Why would I use Personal Shopper?

You can use our Personal Shopper service whenever you encounter one of these challenges:
(1) China retailer on B2Cwebiste(, , ) don't accepts International credit cards, only accept RMB cards;
(2) China retailer who will not accept direct payment by check or wire transfer;

(3) China retailer can't understand English well and you don't understand Chinese.

(4) You worry about the quality of your order.

How does it work?

From your ETO account, you follow a simple step-by-step process to place an order request in " PS/IV/OI/SS/OF " menu. Please make sure that your account have enough deposit before placing order, you can send money by Credit card or Wire Transfer to your account for deposit if need.

(1) Tell us who you're buying from
This can be an online retailer, or an B2C/C2C website.

(2) Tell us how much it cost
We purchase the merchandise for you, so tell us your order's total cost in US$, please write the total cost in RMB Yuan in "Special Instruction" filed if the retailer pricing is in RMB Yuan.

(3) Tell us what you want to buy
You list the items, quantities, and descriptions we need to complete the purchase in PS form, or send email to use to tell us the URL that you want to buy.

Our Personal Shopper Service Fee: 5% of the order total (minimum $10) (NOT per each item) for Premuim Membership.

For Basic memberhship, orur Personal Shopper Service Fee: 8% of the order total (minimum $16) (NOT per each item).

Please notice that we use PayPal as credit card payment gateway, it charge US$0.30 + 3.9% service fee, so you should pay for this cost using our PS services. And we use website currency exchange rate for RMB Yuan to US Dollar.
