TECHNICAL DATA 

BATTERY INSTALLATION:

Turn the thermometerOff.

Gently pry apart the two halves of the LCD case.

Use a thin flat object to push the battery out of the open end of the battey holder.

Slide a new CR2032 battery into place all the way into the battery holder.

Align the halves of the LCD case and push together.

OPERATION:

Press the ON/AUTO/OFF button to turnOn or to put in the Automode (Auto mode turns off after five minutes).

Press the °C/°F button to select °C or°F.

Press the HOLD button to hold the current display .Press the HOLD button again for instantaneous display.

Press the MAX/MIN button do display the maximum or minimum temperature measured for a given day

Press the ON/AUTO/OFF button to turn Off.

PRECAUTIONS:

To obtain the best results,the probe should be immersed at least 25mm. into the tested substance.

The thermometer cannot be used or put inside any oven or microwave.
