With hardness over 97 Shore A, our polyurethane roller can still retain an excellent flexibility performance, and is widely used in steel, metallurgy, textile, paper making industry.

Meanwhile, with a low hardness from 35~55 Shore A, our polyurethane roller have a surface roughness of over 0.4μm, an excellent solvent resistance performance and consistent swelling properties, which can meet a high speed of over 120m/min in machines set. It is a critical component in metallurgy plate painting machine set and color painting production line, as it directly relate to the quality of painting and color painting as well as painting efficiency.
