Special Roller is used in cold-rolling, acid and alkali wash line in steel production lines and electronic, plastic film, leather, jar and wood manufacturing industries.

    NJRP owns advanced research and development capability in rubber compounding. In roller field, we can develop special compounding of our own intellectual property according to customer technology index. The raw rubber materials are mainly purchased from Dupont USA, Japan, JSR, Bayer Germany, and other world famous companies. The compounding agents are mainly purchased from large brand companies with strict quality control home and abroad. Our compounding performances have obtained approval from Bao Steel Group, Tai Steel Group, Baoxin, An Steel Group, Suimin Aluminum and other big steel companies in China. The pickling & alkali cleaning drying roller for steel plate we developed ourselves are listed as national-level new product in 1999 and 2004 High-tech product, whose service life is advanced in the world.
