Working principle of fish dryer
Adopts the cold&hot alternating way to dry the raw material.
1.Blow the fresh foodstuff with low temp. dry air till it dry to some degree.
2.Blow the dried foodstuff with high temp. dry air. The already-cooled low temp. foodstuff would be dried thorough absorbing the heat of the hot air.
