Specification of CT LED products

1.      The base of our products all adopt aluminium alloy and the bulbs holder of our products is enveloped with silicon rubber, which effectively solve the problem of  heat radiation of LED. The plastic part of our products is processed by macromolecular synthetic plastic( flame retardant material), so it can effectively avoid the problem of deformation and thawing in the process of using. The quality of our products is so high that it far surpass that of ordinary products made by nylon plastic or polyethylene plastic. Besides, the color and appearance of the bases of our products may be different from one another for they are produced at different times, but their materials are the same.

2.      The surface of chip adopts imported heat resistance insulated silicon rubber, which can effectively avoid the occurance of desoldering of inner solder resulting from high temperature. Thus the life span of our product can be prolonged.

3.      The bulb holders of LED are selected carefully and tested. There are no bad lights and color shading. The mental conductor of socket adopts two-way copperware with back pressure. So it is easier to install, and can protect socket from becoming loosened and avoid poor contact.
