Bitumen Modifier

Asphalt(bitumen) modifier SBR Powder, the action is similar to SBS, but resistance to low temperature better and mush less expensive.

A) Modified bitumen.

Small volumes can be added to upgrade bitumen. It can improve high temperature performance and low temperature performance, enhance ageing resistance and water resistance ability, and prolong service life of road and products effectively and greatly. By the way, our product can improve asphalt ductility distinctly when you add no more than 1% in asphalt.

The specifications of the SBR Powder modified asphalt come up to the standard of JTG F-2004, ASTM K5840-95 and AASHTO. Many items is better than the standard.

B) Self-adhesive rubberized asphalt waterproofing membrane.

In the self-adhesive rubberized asphalt waterproofing membrane, the recruitment of SBR at ,can improvement asphalt high low temperature performance and enhance the asphalt greatly the cementation simultaneously. Moreover, it is cheaper than SBS, our product can provide a more perfect product for you and your customer, to develop the new market and create a bigger added value

C) SBR Powder is a good-quality resin anti-impulse agent with good weather resistance, aging resistance, wear resistance and bending resistance. It's good anti-impulse modifier for PVC hard products, applied to all kinds of profiled bar.6-8 portions can be added to PVC generally, which would improve anti-impulse ability by 3-6 times. It can be mixed with CPE to save CPE dosage for debasing cost. It also can be used to PVC pipes, wires and cable to improve tenacity, enhance anti-impulse and aging resistance, and prolong service life effectively. PSBR is a good anti-impulse modifier for PE,PP and PS resins.

SBR Powder can be added to improve the toughness, the anti-tensile strength and the elongation of plastic products. PSBR has a good performance to mix with ABS, PP, PVC and other plastics . The proportion mixing in the products are determined by the manufacturers using their own production program.

D) Rubber products.

SBR Powder can be mixed with many kinds of accessory ingredient adulterating to different proportion, and then extruded and calendered to produce many kinds of rubber products. If the  powder auxiliary materials are added, SBR Powder will facilitate extrusion and other manufacturing operation in rubber products.
