The ink output of the ink fountain roller may be adjusted through the motor, so the ink output is precise and reliable.

Rapid plate-loading mechanism and electric plate-pulling devices are employed, with a digital display of the amount of change in plate correction.

Eccentric sleeve is adopted for on-off pressure adjusting device, to reduce gaps between cylinder supports, lessen clearance of cylinders, and improve cylinder operations.

The paper delivery device may operate without shutting off the printing press;  the paper delivery table may be replaced or paper seasoning holder may be added.

The paper speed reducer is driven by a separate motor with variable speed adjustments.

Safety guard cover on rotating locations and safety interlock devices ensure operator safety.

The PLC system realizes logic control of main motor, continuous dampening and on-off of cylinder, with high automation of stable and reliable operation.
