I.                    General

Model RE-J1.6/2.5 household diaphragm type fuel gas meter (also called gas meter), which the case is made of aluminium alloy by die casting. And the plastic part is processed and formed by high strength engineering plastic. This product still can reach each requirement under long-term working owing to the high quality material and reasonable structural design. The technical criteria of this series gas meter comply with the requirement provision in <GB/T 696801997 Diaphragm Type Gas Meter). It is a perfect measuring instrument in fuel gas industry.

II.                 Application

Model RE-J1.6/2.5 gas meter is suitable for measuring of natural gas liquefied petroleum gas, artificial gas, air and other noncorrosive gas.

III.               Characteristics

Diaphragm type structure, advanced process, big character wheel , counting device, accurate measuring.

IV.              Installation.

1.      Please read the Operation Manual carefully before installing. It should be installed by qualified professional department that complies with the requirement of GB50028-93 city gas design specification.

2.      Selecting the left inlet or the right inlet of gas meter according to the pipeline position. Install the junction and connected with the pipeline of the owner according to the airflow direction.

3.      During the installation, storage and transportation, it is forbidden to break, touch, convert and shake. And do not open the surface at will to avoid entering water and sundries.

4.      It should fill with 10kPa air (or other effective methods) to conduct air tightness examination after finishing installing, it shouldnt put in use until ensuring.

V.                 Points for attention

1.      It is forbidden to use open fire, to leak inflammability and explosive and poisonous gas.

2.      It is strictly forbidden to disassemble personally;

3.      The air inside the pipeline and meter should be emptied before using.

4.      When found the leakage, the front valve of the meter should be closed immediately, and open door and window to exchange the air. And inform the related department to repair.
