Fly ash separation technology
One, our companys fly ash separation technology equipment is domestic separation technology based on outer circulation vortex-type separation technology of America GE Company, and the features are as follows:
1) Adopting vortex classifier to classify, efficient cyclone cluster collects finished ash, process flow is simple and reliable, and investment is low (Generally, the investment can be taken back about half year). Adopting negative pressure closed-circuit circulation system technology, and there is no dust out.
2) The fineness adjustment is convenient and easy, it can meet the requirements of various working condition.

Two, specification (Scale)
Separation system is divided into different specifications according to handling capacity of original dust, and it is system design now. Starting from 5 tons / hour, each additional 5 tons / hour for a step, to 50 tons / hour can be selected.
Three, principle
It uses high-pressure centrifugal fan as the power source of closed-circuit circulation, making the airflow in the closed-circuit system up to the rated wind speed. When the original dust is fed into system in fixed quantities from the feeding point, then it can guarantee the normal operation of system. When the airflow containing a large number of fly ash materials enters the classified host, eddy shell changes direction of airflow, so that leading dust whose different quality particles under the centrifugal force to form particle field that is coarse outside and fine inner (coarse ash is on the outside and fine ash is in the internal radius). It uses adjustable guide vane to cut particle field, then the coarse and fine particles can be separated. The coarse ash on the outer sidewall is unloaded into coarse ash warehouse to store through air-locking discharge valve, and then the fine particle ash is sucked into the small eddy shell of two sides and brought to efficient cyclone. Above 90% fine ash is collected by efficient cyclone and unloaded into fine ash warehouse to store through air-locking discharge valve. There is little fly ash of very fine particle discharged as airflow from the exit of cyclone and enters the inlet of centrifugal fan (sucked by negative pressure), then discharged through fan (adding pressure), which connects return duct to form closed-circuit circulation system of airflow. The fly ash is up to the purpose of separating and grading coarse and fine ash, and then respectively collected and stored in the course of circulating airflow.
Grinding of fly ash
Grinding equipment has ball mill, Raymond mill, and vibration mill and so on. But the production capacity of vibration mill is small, the production capacity of ball mill is larger, and it is suitable for the fly ash grinding line.
